Description
A very personal project. The oversight board aptly titled PROMESA by the US Congress begins functioning in Puerto Rico as of today. It converges so perfectly with the Fallout universe that I couldn't resist. I have about 5 more of these sketched out and a whole expansion pack for a "fictional" Caribbean territory of the US penned in my head. Isla Promesa would probably be very similar to current Puerto Rico in the Fallout timeline as the real island got stuck in some weird 1950's time warp... Hope you enjoy!
